Return & Refund Policy

At The Crusades, every item is custom printed to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is produced individually upon purchase, we handle returns and refunds according to the following guidelines:

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. 

To request a replacement or refund for a damaged or misprinted item:
• Contact us at info@thecrusades.shop with your order number.
• Attach clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or misprint, as well as the full garment and shipping label.

Once verified, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Wrong Size or Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse)
Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds for incorrect size choices, ordering errors, or change of mind after an order has entered production. 

Please carefully review our size guides provided on each product page before placing your order.

3. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they enter the production phase at our print fulfillment facility. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact info@thecrusades.shop as quickly as possible. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Unclaimed Packages & Wrong Shipping Address
If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, or because the shipment went unclaimed by the recipient, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package to the correct address.

5. European Union Consumer Notice
Under EU regulations, the right of withdrawal (14-day return right) generally does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, your legal rights under statutory warranty remain fully protected.
