At The Crusades, all of our garments and products are custom printed to order. We work with specialized print fulfillment centers across Europe, North America, and globally to fulfill and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing & Production Time
Because every item is made individually upon purchase, please allow time for order production prior to shipping:

• Processing & Printing Time: 2 to 5 business days
• Peak Seasons & Launches: Processing times may extend slightly during sales, holidays, or major collection drops.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order has been packaged and dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship across the European Union, the United Kingdom, North America, and internationally. Estimated transit times after production are as follows:

• European Union: 3 to 7 business days
• United Kingdom: 4 to 8 business days
• United States & Canada: 4 to 9 business days
• Rest of the World: 7 to 15 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Unexpected postal delays, weather events, or customs holds may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Rates & Checkout Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and final destination of the items in your cart. Any applicable shipping options and exact costs will be displayed before final order confirmation.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders delivered within the European Union do not incur additional customs duties. For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU (or fulfilled outside your local region), packages may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our item prices or shipping costs.

5. Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email with a direct tracking link to follow your shipment's status online. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier's portal after dispatch.

6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered completely and accurately at checkout. The Crusades is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an invalid address, reshipment fees will apply.
